How to embed downloadable file in html for blogger

STEP 1 - CREATE A ZIP-FILE WITH THE FILES YOU WANT TO SHARE. In this tutorial I will upload files for a printable planner to a Blogger blog post in such a way that the readers of that blog post can easily download these planner files by clicking on the download link in the bltadwin.ruted Reading Time: 3 mins. Embed the PDF into Blogger. Edit the post, and switch to HTML view, paste in the embed code (just stick it at the bottom, or the top if you're confused). Now switch back to Compose view, and you will see the PDF, you can centre it just like you would an image.  · After changing the permission settings, now it’s time to grab the embed code. From the quick access tool bar select File Embed this PDF file. Now a new window will appear which would provide you the Embed code, copy the whole code and proceed to the next step.

1. Add a Text Field to your form. 2. Type in anything on the field upon your discretion. e.g. Click this link to download the file. 3. Select and highlight the text that will hold the link. 4. Click the INSERT / EDIT LINK icon on the toolbar. In this part we have created a downloadable link of the pdf file and when we click on the pdf file the pdf will be downloaded with same name. Output: When we click on the text, the pdf file will be downloaded with name given in download attribute. Example 4: Create an example to download pdf file using tag download attribute with given name. Upload your image and PDF to your blog post. You want your readers to see the printable right? If you make it easy for them to see the printable, the more likely they will click on the link and print it. So go ahead and upload both files to your blog post. After your PDF uploads, copy the URL file of the PDF.

After changing the permission settings, now it’s time to grab the embed code. From the quick access tool bar select File Embed this PDF file. Now a new window will appear which would provide you the Embed code, copy the whole code and proceed to the next step. Click the HTML button, you'll see the blog post represented as code (well, technically it's script), find the place you want it, make a little space and paste it in. This is called embedding. The download attribute specifies that the target (the file specified in the href attribute) will be downloaded when a user clicks on the hyperlink. The optional value of the download attribute will be the new name of the file after it is downloaded. There are no restrictions on allowed values, and the browser will automatically detect the correct file extension and add it to the file .img,.pdf,.txt,.html, etc.).
